COVID 19 UPDATE
Wednesday 11th of August 2021
Until advised otherwise, we are open as normal. Following the guidelines set by NSW Health. Should things change in our region, we are well prepared to implement different processes to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff, and the wider community.
WE ASK THAT YOU HELP US KEEP OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE BY FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone for an appointment – We ask that you please call and book an appointment. Please keep in mind that if you do not have an appointment, you will be asked to wait in your car to assist us with social distancing. Alternatively, you may be asked to come back at the next available appointment time.
Please stick to your appointment time – If you arrive early or late to your appointment you may be asked to wait in your car.
One person per pet - to reduce the number of people in the clinic we ask that only one person/family member brings your pet to the clinic.
Please ensure you wear a face mask, sign in using the provided QR codes and use the hand sanitisers we have made available when you arrive and before you leave the clinic.
Maintain social distancing – Please do not approach other clients or their pets.
Please phone ahead to organise any prescription medication repeats, food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without a need to wait.
We ask you kindly NOT enter our clinic if you have recently visited any known hotspots, if you are currently in quarantine or are feeling unwell.
